What’s Under the Hood
This thing runs on 400V and cranks out 2500W of power. That’s a lot of heat packed into a small package. At 300mm long, it’s sized to drop right into standard lamp housings and tight heating blocks. No need to redesign anything. Just plug it in and go. Running at high wattage on 400V actually lowers the current draw compared to lower-voltage options. That means less strain on your wiring and connections. But here’s the trade-off: you get intense heat, so your machine’s cooling system has to be up to the task.
The Build and the Details
We use a quartz tube filled with halogen gas. This keeps the filament at a steady temperature, so the output stays consistent over time. That internal halogen cycle fights off blackening, which helps keep the output strong and extends the heater’s life. We also added a special coating to manage surface temperature and cut down on wasted heat. It helps keep the temperature even across the whole target area. And the R7s connector? It gives you a solid, low-resistance connection that installs quickly and stays tight, even with all the vibration on a busy shop floor.
