The battle against fog and rust
Ever notice how some heaters get that cloudy film on them? That’s fogging. Moisture hits the hot surface, evaporates instantly, and leaves behind mineral deposits. Those deposits create “hot spots” on the lamp. It’s like a magnifying glass for heat, and it burns the element out way faster than it should. We tweaked the thermal gradient to keep the surface clear. Plus, we used housings that don’t care about corrosion. Look, sealing a heater this tight changes how it “breathes.” Since it’s airtight, heat builds up inside more than it would in an open-frame model. You can’t just jam these into a tight corner and forget about them. You’ll want to make sure your mounting brackets leave room for thermal expansion. If you pack them too closely, the ambient air gets too hot, and your wiring insulation will start to age prematurely. Just give them a little breathing room.
Putting it to work
